A Boat Sales Power of Attorney is ideal to conclude a transaction without your having to be present.

You can issue very specific instructions as to the amount that you are prepared to accept or pay. Alternatively you can allow your Agent some room for negotiation, whilst still setting a limit. The boat sales power of attorney will only be in effect for a limited time, after which it automatically becomes null and void, so there is no need to revoke it.

If you specify the exact boat / vessel that the boat sales power of attorney must be used for, it can not be used for any other transaction.
